Boot Camp is a fun, high intensity military style training program designed to challenge you physically and mentally.

The physical benefits from boot camp include increased fitness (cardio) levels, reduced body fat and increased muscle tone. The results gained however are not only physical as many recruits also report that they sleep better, have more energy and in some cases feel more confidence and motivation in all other areas of their lives. Many of our recruits use boot camp as a kick start to achieving a healthier life style.

During your Boot Camp experience you will cover -

Cardio components consisting of - High Intensity Interval training, Stair Climbs, Sand and Hill Training.

Strength training components, are programmed around the Primal movement patterns, these are Squats, Lunges, Bend, Push, Pull and Twist. All movements are based around functional compound movements that will provide you with the functional strength to use in our everyday lives.

You will complete a Basic Fitness Test - to gauge 'where you are at' before and at the end of your Boot Camp, this also allows the instructor to break the group down if needed according to your fitness levels.
